At Simon Said, we specialise in digital products — including downloadable courses, workbooks, and guides. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

 

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a technical issue with your download or are unable to access your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
